We connect people looking for a place to live directly with the owners and existing tenants who have one to offer. No brokers, no commission, no hidden markups.
What we do
Speedonest is a peer-to-peer rental marketplace for flats, PGs, and flatmates. Instead of inflated broker listings, you talk to the actual person on the other side — the tenant vacating a flat, the owner with a spare room, or the flatmates looking for one more. Identities stay private until both sides choose to connect, so you can explore freely and safely.

Where we’re starting
We’re launching in Bangalore — across neighbourhoods like Koramangala, HSR Layout, Whitefield, Indiranagar, and Electronic City — and growing from there. Our goal is simple: make renting honest, direct, and brokerage-free across India.

Hi, I’m Utkarsh. Like most people, I’ve felt how painful and expensive renting can be. A broker stands between two people who could simply talk to each other — and charges a fortune to do it. I wanted to change that.
